What’s included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes festival entry, live entertainment, and access to breweries and vendors. Sample tastings and food are available for purchase inside the festival unless otherwise stated on your ticket.

Is the event 18+ and do I need ID?

Yes. The legal drinking age in Alberta is 18+. Government‑issued photo ID is required for entry, regardless of age.

Can I re‑enter if I leave?

Same‑day re‑entry is typically permitted with an intact wristband and valid hand stamp, subject to capacity and security. Final policies will be posted onsite.

What is the bag policy and what items are prohibited?

Small bags are permitted and subject to security screening. Outside alcohol, drugs, weapons, and glass containers are not allowed. Management reserves the right to deny prohibited items.

What payment methods are accepted inside the festival?

Most vendors accept tap/credit/debit. ATMs are available in the venue, but we recommend bringing a payment card for faster service.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The Edmonton Convention Centre is accessible and offers elevators and accessible washrooms. If you require assistance, please contact us in advance via the website.

How do I get there? Is there parking?

The venue is near Churchill and Central LRT stations and multiple bus routes. Paid parking is available at the Edmonton Convention Centre and nearby parkades. We encourage transit or ride‑share.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. If the event is postponed or cancelled, we will communicate options by email and on our website.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
